Prices

We know customers don’t like surprises, so we want to tell you our prices up front. That way you know what our services cost, and what to expect. Here are our prices:

    · Onsite service fee = $45.00/hr
    · Remote Administration service = $25.00/hr plus a one time fee of $35.00 for the software and license.
    · E-mail Support = $25.00 per incident
    · Bundle Hours of 5 = $200.00 paid in advance

(All our services are in one-hour increments)

Our onsite fees are paid before our technician leaves the site and can be paid by:

    · Cash
    · Check
    · Credit Card (Visa, Master card, Discover, or American Express)

We also offer Gift Certificates for use towards our onsite service. They make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays.....or just because.

SPECIAL OFFER

For a limited time and available only to our existing customers, we are offering a special discount when you recommend us to someone you know. If we end up doing business with the person you refer us to, we will offer you a $10.00 discount on your next service call. This offer is only good until August 1st, 2007.
